1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Awebo Digital LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, the company that makes Fasadero. Write to contact@fasadero.com for anything in this policy.
This policy covers the Fasadero website (fasadero.com) and the application (app.fasadero.com). We keep it short on purpose: we store little, and nothing of yours is sold or used for advertising.
2. What we store

3. Why, and on what basis
- To provide Fasadero: your account, your plans, your package. Basis: the contract with you (the terms of service).
- To take payment and issue invoices: through Stripe. Basis: the contract, and the accounting laws that require us to keep invoices.
- To answer you when you write to us. Basis: the contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you.
- To see how the site is used: which pages are read, from which countries, on which devices, in aggregate. Basis: our legitimate interest in improving Fasadero. No profile of you is built and nothing is shared with advertisers.
- To keep the service safe: server logs, abuse prevention. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
- To tell you about changes to prices, terms or the service. Basis: the contract. We do not send marketing e-mails unless you asked for them, and you can stop them with one click.
4. Who processes it for us
We do not sell or rent your data. These companies process it on our behalf, under contracts that bind them to this policy:

Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as each provider publishes.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account and plans: for as long as your account exists. A plan you delete is hidden at once and removed within 30 days. When you delete your account, everything in it is removed within 30 days.
- Billing records and invoices: as long as accounting law requires, usually 7 to 10 years, at Stripe and in our records.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- E-mails: as long as needed to deal with your request, then archived for up to 2 years.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for a copy in a portable form, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw a consent you gave. Most of this you can do yourself: your profile and password in the account menu, your plans in the app, your billing in "Manage subscription", and account deletion in the account menu. For anything else, write to contact@fasadero.com; we answer within one month.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK and believe we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to your data protection authority. We would rather hear from you first.
7. Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in clear. Access to the database is restricted to the application and to the people who run Fasadero, on a need-to-know basis. Card details never touch our systems. If a breach ever affects your data, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Cookies
Fasadero uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. There is no advertising and no tracking across sites, so there is no cookie banner. The details are in the cookie policy.
9. Changes
When this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by e-mail or in the app before the change applies. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
