1. Who we are
Fasadero is a product of Awebo Digital LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001840811), with its principal office at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@fasadero.com.
These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Fasadero you accept them. If you use Fasadero on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company, and "you" means the company.
2. The service
Fasadero is a web application for planning the layout of insulation boards (EPS, XPS and similar) on the drawing of a building facade. You draw walls and openings, choose a board and a layout, and Fasadero draws the pieces and counts them. Your drawings ("plans") are stored in your account so you can return to them from any device.
3. Your account
- You need an account to use Fasadero. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (see the privacy policy).
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give us accurate information.
- A team (the Team package) is an organisation with members. The person who creates it is its administrator and decides who joins; every member can see and edit the team's plans.
4. Packages and billing
- Fasadero is a paid service. An account without an active package cannot create plans. The current packages, what they include and their prices are shown on the pricing section and in the app; the price at the time you subscribe applies.
- There is no trial period. A package is paid from the day you subscribe: the first monthly payment is taken then, and the following ones on the same day every month. If Fasadero turns out not to be for you, the money-back guarantee in section 5 applies.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Invoices, card changes and cancellation are available from "Manage subscription" in the app, which opens your Stripe billing portal.
- Prices are shown without VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT or sales tax is added where the law requires it, based on the billing details you give.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your access continues for a short time while it does; if the payment still fails, the package ends and your account keeps its plans but cannot create new ones until a package is active again.
- We may change prices. A change to a package you already pay for takes effect at the earliest 30 days after we tell you by e-mail, and you can cancel before it applies.
5. Cancellation, money-back guarantee and refunds
- You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription". Your package then runs until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Cancellation does not delete your account or your plans.
- 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Fasadero, for any reason, write to contact@fasadero.com from the e-mail address of your account, or naming it, within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full (100%) to the payment method you used. You do not have to give a reason. Your package ends when the refund is made; your account and your plans stay.
- The guarantee covers the first payment of your first package, once per customer (for a team: once per team). It does not cover later monthly payments, or a package bought again after a refund.
- Apart from the guarantee, monthly payments already made are not refunded for the remaining part of a month, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. By subscribing you ask us to begin the service immediately. The money-back guarantee above is wider than that right: it runs for 30 days and refunds the whole first payment, so asking for it within the first 14 days is also how you withdraw. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
- If something goes wrong on our side and Fasadero is unusable for more than a few days, write to us. We will make it right, usually by extending your package.
6. Your plans
- Your plans belong to you. We claim no rights in them beyond what we need to store and show them to you and, in a team, to your team members.
- We do not look at your plans unless you ask us to (support) or the law requires it.
- When you delete a plan in the app it is hidden immediately and removed from our database within 30 days. When you delete your account, your plans go with it.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. We take backups for disaster recovery, but Fasadero is not an archive.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Fasadero to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell access to it. One personal account is for one person; sharing a personal account between several people is what the Team package is for. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. What Fasadero is, and is not
Fasadero draws a layout and counts what it drew. The drawing is exact about itself; the wall is not the drawing. Boards break, crews cut differently, walls are not perfectly square and the plan is not the site. That is why the summary gives a range, not a single number, and why you decide the spare.
Fasadero is a planning aid. It is not a substitute for a site measurement, a structural or thermal calculation, a building permit or the judgement of the people doing the work. You are responsible for checking the plan against the building and for what you order and build. We do not guarantee that the number of boards, the areas or the layout will match what the site needs.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Fasadero available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. There will be maintenance, and occasionally faults. We keep improving Fasadero and may add, change or remove features; if we remove something that a package is sold on, we tell paying customers in advance.
10. Ending the agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your account in the app. We can end it with 30 days' notice, or at once if you break these terms or do not pay. When the agreement ends, your access stops and your data is removed as described in section 6 and in the privacy policy.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows: Fasadero is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or losses that come from ordering, cutting or building on the basis of a plan, and our total liability to you for anything connected with Fasadero is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death, personal injury, fraud, or the statutory rights of consumers.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts located in the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules and the courts of the country where they live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For anything more than a correction we tell you by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days before the change applies. If you keep using Fasadero after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel before it.
